Responsibilities
- #1 (FLight Lead). Primary planner and decision maker. Primary navigation. Primary radar lookout. Visual lookout covering #2.
- #2 (Wingman). Maintain formation position. Visual lookout covering #1. Navigation position awareness and radar awareness as other tasks allow.
- #3 (Element Lead). Secondary planner and alternate decision maker. Maintain the second element's position relative to the lead element. Secondary navigation and radar monitor. Visual lookout covering #4 and the flight as a whole.
- #4 (Wingman). Maintain formation position. Visual lookout for the flight. Navigation position awareness and radar awareness as other tasks allow.
