41st VSFS Black Aces

From SOURCE DCS WIKI

41st VFS special operating procedures

Overview

The 41st Virtual Fighter Squadron (VFS) "Black Aces" is a carrier-based F-14B(U) strike fighter squadron deployed aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). The squadron takes its name, identity, and doctrine from 41st VFS Black Aces: A distinguished US Navy strike fighter squadron established in 1950 and renowned for its combat record, operational excellence, and carrier-based fighter tradition.

The 41st VFS strives to honour that legacy by embracing the professionalism, discipline, and combat effectiveness of the real Black Aces, integrating authentic US Navy carrier procedures, tactical doctrine, and mission planning into every virtual operation.

Carrier Operations and Procedures
